    I spent 4 hours on the phone with their help desk trying. After that happened I could not access office 365 even to uninstall it. I tried to do a restore from an earlier point but this hung up. I have managed to find some of them but many seem to be missing completely. As the title says virtually all folders that I had on the desktop for quick access have lost all their content.
